Lady Antonia Fraser first met the Nobel Prize-winning dramatist Harold Pinter in 1975 when she was 42 and already married. They were together until his death 33 years later. In her vivid memoir Must You Go? she talks movingly about their relationship and creative lives. The book, based on her diaries, is both an intimate portrait of a great writer and an act of self-revelation. Antonia Fraser is the author of many best-selling history books, including Mary Queen of Scots, The Gunpowder Plot and Marie Antoinette. She will be in conversation with The Guardian’s Decca Aitkenhead.
