Join us for a special event showcasing the work of four exciting poets from diverse backgrounds. Ten is the third anthology from The Complete Works poetry mentoring scheme, a national programme supporting exceptional black and Asian poets. Editor Karen McCarthy Woolf’s first book, An Aviary of Small Birds, was shortlisted for the Forward and Fenton Aldeburgh Best First Collection prizes, and her new collection is Seasonal Disturbances.

Raymond Antrobus has published the chapbook To Sweeten Bitter with Outspoken Press and co-curates the London spoken word poetry show Chill Pill. He is a 2017 Jerwood Compton Poetry Fellow.

OmiKemi Natacha Bryan’s work has appeared in Ambit, Iota and The Rialto, she has published the pamphlet If I talked everything my eyes saw with Gatehouse Press and created the immersive ritual performance Nine Night for The Yard.

Yomi Sode’s work has been widely broadcast on television and radio. He wrote and performed the one-man show, COAT, at the Roundhouse, and lives in London where he curates the monthly poetry night BoxedIN.
