In partnership with Create, disabled and non-disabled students from Chatsworth High School & Community College, Grange School, Loreto High School and New Park Academy, will come together to take part in an award-winning music project designed to build confidence and break down barriers. Working with professional musicians, the young people will work together to write and perform original songs at this special celebratory event.
