Is there a poem that has been a friend to you?

Poems are powerful; if they enter your life at the right moment, they can inspire, provide comfort, bring joy and transform your view of the world. Following on from their events at Latitude and the Norfolk & Norwich Festival, The Poetry Exchange is partnering with MLF for the first time to offer two days of digital sessions for poetry lovers. You’re invited to book an individual slot to talk about the poem that has been a friend to you, with two members of The Poetry Exchange team. Together, you’ll explore your chosen poem and the part it has played in your life. In exchange, you’ll receive a gift: a special recording of your chosen poem, inspired by the conversation.

‘Poems as friends – so simple, so radical. I am changed.’ – A visitor to The Poetry Exchange

How to Book

Individual sessions (lasting 45 minutes) will take place via Zoom at: 11:00; 14:00; and 16:00 on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 October 2020.

Sessions are FREE but booking is essential
